Welcome to Qanitoon. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of qanitoon.ae (our "store") and any order you place with us. Please read them carefully together with our Refund & Exchange Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these Terms. By browsing the store or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

1. About Qanitoon

Qanitoon (قانتون) is a UAE-based online store that sells satin prayer sets. Our store is available in English and Arabic, and we deliver to customers in the Gulf countries (the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman), the United Kingdom and Europe. Our store is built on Shopify.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, and be legally able to enter into a contract in order to place an order. You agree to give accurate and complete information when ordering.

3. Our products

  • Our satin prayer set includes a khimar with an attached head cover, a long skirt, a small matching zip pouch and a small head prayer mat (سجادة رأس).
  • The set is one size fits all and is available in four colours: Dusty Rose, Burgundy, Navy and Emerald.
  • We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different from the photos because of screen settings, lighting and photography. Small variations in fabric or finishing are normal and are not defects.

4. Orders and delivery

  • Stock of each colour is limited. Once you place your order, we prepare and dispatch your set and let you know when it is on its way.
  • The estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 days. This is an estimate and not a guarantee, and it may be affected by factors outside our control.
  • We will keep you informed if we expect a delay. Your rights if delivery is delayed are set out in our Refund & Exchange Policy.
  • You can cancel an order before it is dispatched, as explained in our Refund & Exchange Policy.

5. Prices and payment

  • All prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). The current price of the prayer set is AED 179. Prices may change.
  • Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Payment is taken at checkout through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
  • The price that applies to your order is the price shown at the time you place it.
  • If a pricing or product description error is found, we may correct it and contact you before processing the order. You will be able to confirm the corrected order or cancel it for a full refund.

6. Order acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it to you. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of suspected fraud, incorrect information, or an item we are unable to supply. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

7. Shipping and delivery

  • We deliver to addresses in the Gulf countries (the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman), the United Kingdom and Europe. Delivery to Türkiye is currently unavailable.
  • Delivery is free for all orders to the Gulf countries. Delivery to the United Kingdom and Europe is charged at a flat fee of AED 150 per order.
  • Please make sure your name, address and phone number are correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details, or by unavailability when the courier attempts delivery.
  • Delivery companies may contact you by phone to arrange delivery.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you. Please check your set when it arrives and contact us promptly if there is a problem.

8. Cancellations, exchanges and refunds

Cancellations, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund & Exchange Policy, which is published as a separate page on our store.

9. Intellectual property

All content on our store, including the Qanitoon name and logo, photographs, videos, designs, text and layout, belongs to Qanitoon or is used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our store for any unlawful purpose, to provide false information, to interfere with the security or operation of the website, to use automated tools to scrape or overload it, or to infringe the rights of others.

11. Third-party services and links

Our store relies on third-party services such as Shopify, payment providers and delivery companies, and may link to other sites such as Instagram. These are provided under their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content or services.

12. Limitation of liability

We aim to keep our store available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qanitoon is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our store or products, and our total liability in connection with an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including consumer protection laws in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the other countries to which we deliver.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve it amicably. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

14. Language

These Terms are provided in English and Arabic. If there is any difference in meaning between the two versions, the English version prevails, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on our store with a new "Last updated" date and applies to orders placed after that date.
